Reservation Policy



At the time of reservation we will need a name, phone number, number of guests, and menu selection. In addition we also require a credit card number to be placed on file. We do not charge the card at this time and no deposit is required, you are welcome to pay however you would like on the day of your tea- though we do ask for no more than 2 credit or debit cards per party. The only instance in which a charge may be incurred would be in the case of a no-show, or cancelling after the approved cancellation period.


For parties of 5 or fewer you may cancel with 24 hours advance notice, parties of 6 or greater require 1 weeks notice to cancel completely. A change in the number of guests or menu selection can be accommodated with 24 hours advance notice.


Please note that your reservation will be considered confirmed at the time you place your reservation. At this time a food order is placed- this is the number of portions that will be prepared for and subsequently charged for on the reserved day. Be advised that if you have a change to the number of guests in your reservation you will need to reach out to the tea room to confirm this change. If we do not hear from you the initial reservation number is still confirmed and you will be charged for the cost of the tea time in the case of a no-show.
