CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS Cancellations for entire parties of six (6) or more MUST be made ONE WEEK prior to the event to avoid a FULL AMOUNT cancellation charge. Any reduction of persons for parties of six or more may not exceed 30% of party and must be given at least 48 hours prior to the event. Regardless of the number of attendees a minimum of 70% of the guest count given 48 hours prior to the party will be charged. Cancellations for entire parties of fewer than 6, MUST be made no less than 48-Hours prior to the event to avoid a FULL AMOUNT cancellation charge. The final guest count given no less than 48 hours prior to the event is the number that will be served and charged. Additions to parties of any size should be made at least two hours in advance and will be subject to available seating.
